Quarterly ecosystem review — Q2 2026
What we did this quarter
This is a short update from this quarter's review work. As part of our Q2 2026 cadence we ran a multi-stakeholder review across the surfaces our customers actually see — marketing pages, in-product copy, legal documents, automated emails, and our third-party plugin distributions. The review covered customer-facing copy across those surface categories.
The visible result for buyers evaluating us is more consistent copy across the channels we publish — the same answers in marketing, in-product, legal, and email.
Why we publish the methodology, not the findings
Customer-facing trust is best served by publishing what we DO (the cadence and discipline), rather than what we FOUND (the specific items the review flagged). Findings are the kind of operational detail we hold internally as a matter of standard practice. A buyer doesn't need them to evaluate us.
We've chosen a posture aligned with both the EU trade-secret directive (2016/943) and the US "reasonable steps" doctrine: confidentiality of specifics, transparency about process. You see the cadence, the surface coverage, and the discipline.
What this is part of
This work sits alongside the rest of our public compliance posture. The Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Impact Assessment, Sub-Processor list, and DORA self-assessment are all public — start with whichever is most relevant to your evaluation.
